I recently visited Krishna Koyna in Borivali to visit my friend for the first time. So, I thought I would see the complex as well. While roaming around, I simply felt that the air quality of the area was inferior due to a lack of greenery compared to other locations. Everywhere you look is a well-constructed skyline or an under-constructed one. It would be great if the complex management thinks about something and takes action on it. I wouldn’t prefer buying a property now due to these reasons, but I suggest you visit the property once before making any decision.

I recently visited Krishna Koyna to view a resale property, which I really liked a lot. The location was great, offering all the essential amenities such as schools, a market, and malls nearby. The complex was also well-constructed, providing high security and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartments were so spacious, and the switchboard fittings were neat and well-placed. It is such a dream residential complex that one can think of living in. Additionally, the pricing was also affordable. It was a perfect fit for my requirements, so I will definitely buy it once my loan issues are resolved. Of course, I would highly recommend purchasing a property in this complex for those seeking a good and affordable residential apartment at a perfect location.
