Don’t believe anything you read written positively below as it is fully fake reviews. Ask any real flat owner. I am yet to get back my money due to me still for ELCB and a few more things.

Issue is not resolved and Jains are yet to payback the corpus collected back to association thought 2 years have passed.

No customer service to speak if except to collect the payment instalments on time. They won’t take calls , over last 3 years .

Delay in all matters delivery parking allotment quality issues block all matters,

STP capacity was less than needed and Jains do not pay the STP maintenance people after collecting money for 2 years maintenance so it stinks

Jains let real stinking sewage flow in the driveways so even now in April 2020, there is a stink between blocks 4 and 5 where the sewerage was stagnant.

Jains as well as the Association blocked broad band access for flat owners for 6 months and dragged it on for another 1 year

I would not advise anyone to go for a flat/house with Jain Housing.

Their quality of construction is very poor. They will assure you of fittings equivalent to Jaguar but they provide the most inferior quality fittings which would rust in just a year. Leaking pipelines, leaking flush tanks, improper fixing of floor tiles and wall tiles, water seepage onto to walls and what not.

With 250 flats in Adwitiya project, they installed the STP only after a year of occupation and that STP also does not work properly. As such, flat owners are forced to pay huge amount for treated water bailout. They handle the maintenance for 2 years. But they provide very poor quality of service - Horrible I would say. None of their Management staffs would even visit the site ever - only the lower level staffs would handle all our problems with no expertise or knowledge.

IF JAIN HOUSING WOULD TAKE BACK MY FLAT AT WHATEVER COST I HAD PURCHASED+ THE COST OF INTERIOR, I WOULD BE ALL THE MORE HAPPY TO GIVE IT BACK.

My native is A.P. but I was settled in Chennai. I am a business man. Last year I was purchased the apartment with Jain Housing. After a many research, I choose Jain Housing to buy an apartment with them. I bought an apartment in their Jains Adwitiya project which was located in Ambattur. Before purchased the apartment, there is a good conversation with them. They are clearly explained about the process, payment, facilities and benefits. After that only I bought it. Now I was very satisified with their service.

Beware of the positive reviews you see about jain housing here. They are all posted by Jain housing guys with different id's. Look at the pattern of these id's. A name followed by under score and then number. And these positive reviews sound more like sales pitch. Do you think you can trust a company which can do these cheap tricks to fool you to invest your life savings.

I purchased a flat from Jain housing and I think I should write about my feed back on them so that prospective buyers are aware of what these people are up to.To put it in a nut shell it is not worth spending your hard earned money on their property.

The quality of the construction is pathetic. The pillars are not even straight and I wonder how the multi story building is going to stand on those pillars. The buildings never see water during the construction except what they use for mixing with cement.

f it rains then it is the owners luck.Another important aspect is delivery time and you can be 100% assured that they will never deliver it on time as per the past records and as well as my experience. Be ready for at least one year delay and not less than that.

They pay very less for the people working on their site and the site engineer you see one week will not be there next week.They don't use any wood for the windows and everything is aluminum frames and easy for any one to break in.

They don't pay the compensation for their delay as promised though what they promise is only 4%.Their only aim is to maximize their profit at the expense of the customer and their workers.My suggestion is it is better buying from a reputed builder though the price is slightly higher rather than going for a company like Jain Housing.

Even if you have decided to book one of their flats please do yourself a favor in talking to the people who had already purchased from them or visit their site.

Updating after the jain housing's reply. The believe the reason that they are replying to old reviews is that to make it look like they care about their customers. I have pending case in consumer court on Jain housing regarding the quality and delay in handing over. Jain housing is now want to improve their review using fake review's and responding to the reviews to make it closed. As I said earlier before booking your flat with Jain housing be sure to take the opinion of the previous owners. And I am sure you will hardly see any one recommending their flats.

My brother bought the apartment from Jain Housing 6 months ago. After conducting extensive research, he decided to work with Jain Housing to purchase a condominium. He obtained a lease on their Jains Adwitiya venture, which is located in Ambattur. There was a significant brief conversation with them before to purchasing the apartment. They are clearly specified in terms of way, charge, locations, and benefits. After that, he most definitely bought it. He used to be quite pleased with their service
