For the period from 08.03.2023 to 12.08.2024, I worked at HiLITE Builders as a Sales Officer with sincerity and dedication. During this entire time, there was no misconduct, disciplinary issue, or complaint regarding my behavior or work ethics.

However, after leaving the organization, I faced an extremely disappointing and stressful situation when I requested my experience certificate. Despite approaching the office administration, HR department, and AGM multiple times and following up repeatedly, the company was not willing to issue my experience certificate, nor did they provide any clear or genuine explanation for the delay.

After months of unnecessary struggle, I was finally forced to approach the Labour Department legally. Only after the intervention of the Labour Officer was the company compelled to issue my experience certificate, and that too within just two days.

What shocked me even more was the statement written in the certificate saying that I have been found to be not satisfactory and far below the standards expected. After working sincerely for 1 year and 5 months, this felt deeply unfair and humiliating.

My experience working there was also very difficult. For sales employees, there was no proper basic salary structure, and compensation relied mainly on incentives. During my time there, I also faced several difficulties including the lack of a proper basic salary structure, dependence mainly on incentives, lack of weekly holidays, and difficulty getting leave even during festival periods.

Looking back today, after everything that happened, I truly regret working there.

There was simply no other option left for me but to move legally just to receive something as basic as an experience certificate for the work I had honestly done.

I am sharing this experience so that other professionals understand the kind of difficulties employees may face while working in this company. No employee should be forced to take legal action just to receive something as basic as an experience certificate for the work they have honestly done.

The facility in the mall is satisfactory with ample parking space and facilities. Food are available in supermarket at decent rates.

I have invested 1cr with them, 5yrs back, they assured me a 49k rent from the next month. But they didnt give me a single payment.

My friend also invested with me. He also encountered the same thing.

I lodged a FIR. but police also linked with Their scheme. they have not taken any actions.

I am still fighting in court for this. Recently I saw in hilite mall these people are still selling shares and fooling people. I went there and hit the person doing that. Police took me in custody I told them the whole story.they said they will look into it.

Spread this save others from falling into Hilite Investment Fraud

"I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable conduct of your company. I invested in a shopping complex five years ago and was promised a monthly rental return of 50, 000 on two properties, along with excellent growth opportunities. Despite the company's initial assistance in collecting the money, I have been consistently met with excuses and unresponsiveness regarding payment for over two years since the project's completion. Even the individual with whom I made the transaction has left the company, and has personally apologized for the unprofessional behaviour of the management. As an NRI, this experience has been extremely distressing and I am disappointed that a company of your calibre would engage in such dishonest and fraudulent practices. I strongly advise others to avoid investing in your projects and I have warned my friends and acquaintances to steer clear of your projects in Kerala.

My wife's cousin along with her family is staying here since 5 or 6 years. In August 2018 her husband (Mr. X) had booked a few guest rooms as we had to attend a marriage near Hilite. In the room where I and wife stayed, the bathroom door handle came off when I tried to open, the reason being the handle on the inside was missing which led to me and my wife quarrelling on the pretext that I had damaged it which obviously was not the case. Assuming that my wife would have reported this before paying the rent(which she didn’t), I didn’t report this matter to anyone.

However last year when I contacted Mr. X and reported this, he enquired and replied that no compensation can be given for this since already 3-4 years have passed. Again I was shocked to hear that I have been framed as the actual culprit for damaging the handle as the next guest for the same room had reported like this even without having any solid proof. This shows that leave alone 2, even if 100 or 1000 guests also stay and leave, the management will never ever bother to check for any defects like non functioning of switches/appliances or broken/damaged facilities whatever it is, in spite of paying the rent in full (most irresponsible people). Apart from this, they are framing others without absolutely any proof, nastiest buggers I have ever seen. If we are paying the rent, we are paying it to get all facilities and not for these stupid people to boil and eat which is called “puzhungi thinnal” in Malayalam. If these dirty buggers want to boil and eat something then there are enough products in the market like eggs, bananas and so on. In our case, we paid the rent only to quarrel with my wife, later on with Mr. X, and finally getting framed as the culprit.

Therefore, I would not recommend these guest rooms for anyone as this is the kind of trouble the guests might experience; however, it is up to the others to decide for themselves. If the only mistake was not checking the rooms properly, I can appreciate, but here they are framing others without absolutely any proof. Very sorry to mention that the management is worse than prostitutes

What is the objective of setting up a mall in a developing city like calicut? What kind of footfalls are you expecting to the mall? How are you expecting to grow when you keep such bullshit uncultured rules in your food court which are not at all supportive to a developing city . This is the second time I am facing such difficulty and for sure I'll not step into this mall ever again.

I'm writing this to share my honest opinion on my experience with hilite. I have been an investor for the past 4 years and have always received wonderful service from them. I really trust this brand and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to invest in commercial or residential properties

I am writing this review to make you aware of the cheating being carried out by HiLite builders in Kochi.

Customers who gave their full amount in as early as 2011 as down payment for HiLite Platino project is suffering because the project is still not completed. Builder had promised to complete the project in 2012.More than 5 years after the deadline, the project is still not ready for handover to the customers. It seems that the builder is almost bankrupt and does not have the funds to complete the project. Now, the builder is not even responding to mails. Investors are in a pathetic situation with their hard earned money not earning any returns.

Please think twice before you give your hard earned money to these crooked builders. In our country, as you know, justice is very delayed.therefore better be careful than regret later.

Hey guys I want to share an experience by visiting Hilite mall in calicut the project of hilite builders.It is a huge mall ans second largest mall till date in kerala which comes aroundv12 lakhs square feet of built up area consoting of more than 500 shops which includes clothes, phone accesories, home center which is related to home furnishing superkarkets, play areas, huge food court, and a multiplex theater complex. Now hilite builders arw expanding their winga to other states such as thrissur a new mall is coming near the NH bye-pass which will be very usefull for people for shopping and entertainment.So I give an overall ratingof 9 out of 10 and good review for Hilite builders for their effort and achievement. Hilite city is the calicut biggest apartments and shopping complex.The hilite mall can be constructed in S shape as it tells abouts the chairmans name first letter.A wide variety of items are available on the city.The hilite builders provides 2BHK , 3BHK apartments as for high facilities.A lot of qualified engineers are worked for their construction

Till a few months back i thought HiLITE city is a place were a commoner like me could never visit. I mean.. Like cyberpark an all... Checking.. So i never tried.. Bt after visiting and spending time here and knowing more about the hilite city, the architecture and the idea behind it is huge. Workplace, shopping, entertainment, apartment and everything is accessible easily. Buying an apartment at hilite city will be my next target. I think its really worth it.. The security and facilities are worth it.

I think we absolutely need places like hilite business park to talk about ideas and sit free in the shades of the skies . I admire the work done behind this project and all other nearby ones by hilite l. It’s true marvel in the heart of Calicut

Being an NRI for almost 22 years and lost the pleasure of staying at home for all these years, I can't clearly say how badly I missed living in Calicut.

I remember that one day in Fujairah's busy streets, I got called up by Mr. Salim, the then sales officer of Hilite Builders, introducing me to their signature project Hilite Olympus. Since I was already a customer of Hilite(a proud owner at Springdale) I had no second thoughts on choosing it again. But then something happened, and somehow, I couldn't purchase the product. By the time I started reconsidering it, it was already sold-out. My family always wanted a space there because of its magnificence and the spotlight it gained.

As for hilite, from my experience and from my friends' assent, I can definitely vouch for them. They're an absolutely trustworthy firm with great customer service.

Hilite Business park is the best office space in Calicut. the vibe there is unmatchable thanks to the beautiful space and also hug a mug cafe! Not to mention Hilite mall which is a few steps away. best hangout spot after office time! Now they also have Starbucks which is my gang's favourite spot now. Waiting for more food and international shopping options at hilite. please introduce brands like H & m and food spots like Taco bell. We attended the DJ party on new year at hilite and it was the best party ever. thank you to hilite for conducting such events! Hope there will be more such events. thank you!
