From a buyer’s point of view, this project has multiple drawbacks, and one of those is that parking feels tight, especially for visitors. Maintenance quality doesn’t always justify the charges. While power cuts and minor common-area issues get mentioned more often than they should. Noise from nearby roads can be annoying at times, if that's a troublesome factor for you. Look, it’s livable, but it won't be smooth sailing.

What I liked here was the peaceful vibe I received despite being in a bustling zone like Chembur. Daily conveniences are close, and public transport access is also solid. The building is structurally decent and feels stable. My neighbors are mostly families, which keeps things orderly and friendly. It’s not flashy, but it’s comfortable. Which is why it is a good option if you want calm over chaos.
