I recently visited my friend, who has recently moved to Rishabraj in Malad. It took more than 45 minutes to reach the place, which was just two kilometres away from the complex. When I asked the residents, they said it's not occasional, but a daily traffic in the area, and when I reached, I didn’t like the apartment much, as I was expecting something perfect. The tower design was also nice, but nothing extraordinary to hold there. Actually, I had thought that if I liked the property, I would also buy an apartment there, but later I changed my mind. Overall, I didn’t like it, but I won’t say no to it. If you can manage traffic, then you should visit the property once; the rest is great.

I visited Riabhraj to buy an apartment with very high expectations, but unfortunately, it was not worth it. When I entered the complex, it was just okay, but I didn’t like the apartment or the construction and electrical fittings. However, still I though let’s see other things as well and when I got to know the maintenance charge and the overall apartment price I took my step back and decided not to buy the apartment here because it was really not worth as I had visited many other good options in the area which were offering little big carpet area in less price compared to this one. So, I wouldn’t suggest that anyone buy a flat here, but ultimately, it's your decision if you want to visit the property and waste your time and money.

Rishbraj is really a great residential property in Malad. I’ve been living here for the past six months and feel like living in my home. The neighbours are so supportive, always ready to help. My kids are also well settled here as they have got many new and good friends. The society is good, featuring all the lifestyle amenities. The apartment looks so premium with marble flooring and a modular kitchen. I love the place, it’s really worth living in, whether buying or renting. I would highly recommend the beautiful residential tower to those dreaming of living with high security and a premium lifestyle at an affordable price.

Yes, Borivali is getting better, but when it comes to a project like Rishabraj Phoenix, you are investing in expectation more than guarantee; with some surrounding infrastructure that is still catching up, so lifestyle may not feel top-tier yet. Also, since it’s priced for future potential, you might pay a bit more now and wait longer for full payoff. If immediate premium comfort is your aim, there may be better options in better-established zones.

I’m living in Risabhraj and really love the place. It is very secure and convenient. It offers a 24/7 water supply, an intercom facility, and dedicated parking for bikes. I'm living here with my family, and I can assure you that I have never faced any issue regarding security, water or electricity. I suggested this complex to my friend, and he also bought an apartment and is living here. It's really great that anyone looking for a safe and convenient residential apartment in Ghatkopar must visit one. He will never disappoint.
