Amenities here are functional, but nothing will excite you. If you’re expecting luxury add-ons, be ready to be disappointed. Even some residents living here mention that the maintenance could be tighter, as most of them came in thinking of the long run. Also, the project doesn’t stand out visually compared to newer towers nearby, and appreciation may be slower compared to flashy developments. It’s solid; just not aspirational.

Connectivity to main roads and transport options is a plus. The community vibe appears strong, which matters if you're thinking long term. It’s one of those projects where people actually stay, not just invest, and that's why the overall livability scores well.
