I recently visited Nestle Apartments to view the rental property. The complex was huge, and the ambience was appealing, I was really impressed at first sight. The apartments were also spacious and bright. But all my excitement got settled when I heard the rent because it was completely different from what the broker had told us. So, we checked with the owner, and he said it was the old price that he had told you, and the new one will only apply if you rent the property. We paused to think, and we decided to leave the property because I had already visited some of the good properties in the area available at the lower price point.

I recently visited Nestle Apartment on my friend’s recommendation to view a resale property. The society was looking good and well-built, so I got excited to view the apartment and true to my expectations, the apartment was really huge, spacious, and airy. I loved the complex and the apartment both, and applied for the loan. Once it gets approved, I will buy it. Highly recommended as not only the complex but the surroundings are also excellent, offering all the necessary amenities, including schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, and proximity to all the major areas of the city.
