Steer Clear of Tathastu Realty - A Tale of Broken Promises and Financial Risk

I am writing to warn others about my disastrous experience with Tathastu Realty’s "Swarnim 35" project in Gurugram. I paid. Advance in January 2025, but faced a sudden price increase, forcing me to request a refund on February 4, 2025. They also demanded money in cash illegally for an undocumented plc. Despite emails, WhatsApp follow-ups, and a formal notice on May 13, 2025, they’ve not responded. Their reliance on informal communication and threats to forfeit my payment have been stressful. I’m now escalating to HRERA. Avoid this builder if you value your money and peace of mind.
