I often visit The Crest in Dadar to meet my uncle and would love to share my experience with you all. The complex is great, offering a nice lifestyle, amenities and a spacious house that really gives a good feel, but during festive seasons and wedding season, it becomes very horrible due to high traffic and its noise. You cannot do any work that needs peace or take rest during the daytime, which is very frustrating. Therefore, families with small children or elderly members may want to avoid purchasing or renting here. However, I still recommend visiting the property once before making a final decision.

Even though it’s a ready-to-move-in property, I got the sense that some parts are still settling. For example, the crowd density or wear-and-tear shared areas don’t feel like a decades-old stable society yet. Also, during peak hours, traffic and commuting may still take a toll, given that it's in one of the busiest zones of Mumbai. There’s a visible trade-off between space/amenities and the hustle that comes with living in a fast-growing suburb.

The Crest in Dadar is one of the best residential complexes that offers great lifestyle amenities such as a swimming pool, firefighting equipment, CCTV surveillance, and more. The apartments are very bright, spacious, and ventilated, which offers a nice and comfortable living environment. I have been living there for more than one year and have never faced any issues. The management is very attentive and approachable if you have any queries. Not only the complex, but the surroundings are also great, offering all the necessary amenities such as schools, hospitals, and malls nearby. I highly recommend this residential complex to those seeking the best residential complexes in Dadar.

I checked out Proxima because I was tired of cramped flats, and living here actually felt different. Spacious 2-3 BHKs, good layout, and the gated-community vibe with amenities like gym, pool, clubhouse, and much more give a serious “home, not just flat” feel. The convenience of being near metro/train work hubs emergency service sectors daily needs markets, makes it a practical choice if you work nearby.
