I am writing this review to share my experience with Dream India and their marketing partner, Prime Realtors, so that other homebuyers can make an informed decision.
1. Misleading Information
Before booking, I received several calls from the sales team. When I asked whether they were directly associated with the builder, I was told they were. Later, I found out they were actually representatives of Prime Realtors, a third-party marketing agency. This lack of transparency created concerns from the beginning.
2. Delay in RERA Approval
At the time of booking in August 2025, I was assured that the project's RERA registration would be received within a couple of months. However, even after several months, the project still did not have a valid RERA registration number. This raised serious concerns about the project's compliance and future timelines.
3. Problems During Cancellation and Refund
Due to the delay in RERA approval and concerns about the project's status, I decided to cancel my booking.
Unfortunately, the cancellation process was not handled professionally:
Initially, I was informed that the booking amount was non-refundable.
Later, I was told that a cancellation charge would be deducted from my refund amount.
When I requested a written copy of the refund and cancellation policy, no document was provided. The team only gave verbal explanations.
Final Experience
I have submitted my cancellation request and am currently waiting for my refund to be processed. Based on my experience, I would advise prospective buyers to independently verify all project approvals, especially RERA registration, and obtain all refund-related commitments in writing before making any payment.
- Thank You! We appreciate your effort.
