Dream Developers, Navi Mumbai

My experience was not that smooth after the booking phase was completed with Dream Developers. The initial base price seemed okay, but things kept getting added to it later on. Even something like floor rise and parking wasn’t explained clearly to me in the beginning. Updates on the projects were not regular and mostly had to be chased by me. Even the agreement paperwork took longer than expected. I also noticed delays in construction as the monsoon phase of the west began, and following up on that showed that the support responses weren’t very proactive either. It just felt like too many surprises post-booking, which were too much to handle, which is why I cut my costs, took my losses, and never went back to them again.

I invested in a project by Dream Developers mainly because of its more open and more greener Navi Mumbai location. The connectivity to highways and upcoming infrastructure projects was a big plus. The sample flat that was shown by them gave a realistic idea of space utilisation, and with the payment plan being flexible compared to other builders I checked, this proved to be a win-win offer for me. Basic construction progress has been steady till now, and site visits were easy to schedule with their team. So, to date, it seems like a safe mid-budget investment option.

I have booked my room in ulwe with dream developer and got it in cheap price as compared to other properties.

Lots of projects are on going and some of them are completed in many location by dream developer.

Property in which I invested is leagl and rera registered.

Until now I haven't heard about any fraud by this developer.

Best projects having tie-up with many bank for loan purpose.

Good project with many amenities and in budget.

Overall my experience is best with this developer.
