CRM team members of Dosti Eastern Bay project kept on lying and giving false commitments. They had assured that OC will be received in May-end and this date kept on getting extended every week. Now, it is being said that OC will come only in Oct-24. Also, don't go by sales team words if going for subvention schemes, they don't state facts and will take your signature on papers where it will be written in small letters that Dosti will bear Emi for a certain period only and not till the time the flat is handed over (sales person will give you this assurance verbally).
