I was living in the DLH Orchid for a few months and then left it due to high pollution. My office has been relocated to DLH Orchid in Andheri, but it was very challenging due to the daily traffic. It was taking more than an hour for me to reach the office and then an unbearable home. Additionally, it's so polluted, especially during the peak hours. I was very disturbed and then left the place. Now living a few kilometers away, but in a good complex and a less polluted area. I won/t recommend this place to anyone, or check things properly before you proceed.

I was searching for a good residential complex in Andheri, so my friend suggested DLH Darpan. So, I went to visit the property, and true to the expectations, it was really excellent, and the apartments were spacious. I liked the property very much, but got equally shocked after hearing the rent. It was not affordable and above the market standard, as other complexes located in the same area are quite affordable. I won’t say no, but suggest you check the price, and if you can afford then only go; otherwise, opt for other good options available in the nearby areas.

I have been living in the DLH Darpan for more than six months and really love the place. The complex is big, offering all the lifestyle amenities, and the apartments are also spacious and well-ventilated. My office shifted to Andheri on very short notice, so I didn’t have any choice but to live in the complex, but it is truly excellent, and the neighbours are also excellent and cooperative. The surroundings are also very good, offering all the essential amenities, including schools, colleges, hospitals, and markets nearby. I would highly recommend this great residential complex for living at an affordable price.

DLH Orchid in Andheri is one of the best residential apartments I have ever experienced. The complex offers excellent connectivity and a range of amenities, including a gym, clubhouse, power backup, lifts, and reserved parking. Additionally, the neighbourhood is also nice, offering great connectivity to the city’s major areas. Additionally, the place is better for those who can not travel far for their daily essentials, as many malls, hospitals, and schools are nearby. I highly recommend this great residential complex to those seeking good residential apartments in Andheri.
