I’ve been living in the Sunrise Orlem in Malad for the past eight months. The complex is well-maintained, and the apartments are spacious; however, the main issue is with the surroundings. During monsoon season, whenever it rains heavily, just a hundred meters away, water gets logged, which takes three hours to clear, causing the travel issue. I have suffered almost every other day due to waterlogging, which really frustrated me a lot, and I have decided to shift before the next monsoon. Overall, I’m very frustrated and will not recommend anyone to live here; instead, consider checking other good properties located in nearby areas, where you may not face such issues.

I wouldn't call my experience at Dhaval Sunrise Towers smooth, at least not as smooth as I hoped. The location is tucked too deeply inside, and getting in and out felt like a daily hassle. The internal roads were narrow, and the approach didn’t give a great first impression either. While the tower looked fine, the overall accessibility made me feel that it’s not practical for daily commuting. I left knowing it wasn’t the right fit for me.

I would like to share my honest review of Sunrise Orlem, having lived there for six months. The apartment is great, offering great lifestyle amenities such as a badminton court, a kids’ play zone, and a jogging track. Additionally, the surroundings are excellent, with all the necessary amenities such as schools, hospitals, and malls nearby. The flats are spacious and well-constructed compared to other complexes I visited nearby. I would highly recommend Sunrise Orlem in Malad to those seeking a good residential apartment at an affordable price.

Dhaval Sunrise Towers surprised me in a good way. The apartments felt bright, well-ventilated, and the building seemed more modern than most options in this pocket of Charkop. I liked how society feels secure and community-driven. Plus, the pricing also felt fair for what they offer. It’s the kind of project that fits young families or first-time buyers looking for a steady, reliable home.
