The moment I moved in, the limitations were obvious, the finishing feels bare-minimum, and the flat layouts are on the smaller side. Some corners of the building look like they could use better upkeep. It’s okay if your expectations are basic, but don’t expect long-term premium comfort here.

I bought a unit here because Crescent Horizon fitted my budget, and honestly, it works perfectly as a starter home. The flat gets decent natural light, while the basic fixtures are good enough. The neighbourhood is peaceful, and most daily essentials are nearby. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done, and at times that's enough.
