I love the idea of Sai Samast, but being under construction for so long has tested my patience; the finishing touches keep shifting, and there’s always some delay, which makes planning barely functional. Some days, the dust and noise from ongoing work feel relentless, especially during office hours. Connectivity is good in theory, but the last mile to the station still feels underserved by autos/rickshaws late at night. For the premium they ask, I expected amenities to be fully complete rather than “coming soon.” So if you need a home that is ready to live in with zero hassles, this still feels like a work in progress.

Sai Srishti’s location can be a blessing, but the flip side is relentless traffic and noise that starts early and doesn’t quite stop, while the road outside feels like it’s in a permanent jam. Water shortages still hit during peak summer, and some days, the trash on the street makes the area feel neglected by civic services. The building lacks big-ticket amenities like a proper pool or club space, which makes it feel more like a “basic urban living” than a premium one. Honestly, for the price I paid, I expected slightly better upkeep of the surroundings.

Living at Sai Srishti has meant quick access to everything I need; malls, schools, hospitals, and transport are all within easy reach, which makes daily life surprisingly stress-free for a busy Mumbai schedule. The community feels settled and safer than many other parts of Chembur I’ve visited, and even when the usual rain trouble hits, the internal roads at least drain better than neighbouring lanes. Power and basic supplies are mostly reliable, and it’s refreshing to be in a place that is well connected yet not painfully congested right outside the door.

I moved into Concrete Sai Samast because the amenity list really stood out. They’ve got a gym, a rooftop garden, a party lounge, and even mechanised parking, which feels like a rare perk to get in a zone like Chembur. The ventilation and layout in the 3 BHK I saw felt sensible and well planned for a family life, and the location makes reaching Chembur Station or main roads pretty smooth. The way the tower’s design gives you space around each block actually makes the home feel less claustrophobic than many other complexes. The few neighbours I’ve met were friendly, and it gave away a feeling of being in a community rather than just a crowd.
