The downside of this project is that the amenities in Mithul Enclave feel pretty basic and nothing spectacular. If you're looking for a premium lifestyle (pool, high-end finishes, community vibe), this won’t scratch that itch. Also, a few residents have pointed out that the complex feels a bit generic and doesn't have much character or sense of exclusivity. It’s functional and fair, but not something you’d call “top-tier living."

I found the flat too tight for anyone who needs real breathing room. Storage felt limited, and the living area shrinks fast once you set it up. Even though the amenities are decent, the overall feel isn’t ideal for families or people who need space. I would say it works for individuals not big on space, but not everyone.

Mithul Enclave, as a practical choice, is a solid one: flats offer ventilation and natural light, with balconies/windows that actually work and not like the cramped, boxy style many apartments that are quickly spreading across Mumbai. It also seems well-connected with good transport links, and nearby amenities like schools, shops, and hospitals, which are convenient for daily needs or if you have a family. For the price range (reasonably mid-level), I felt this could be a decent base for first-time owners or small families.

What I really liked about Charisma Samara is how well-planned the interiors are despite the compact size. It’s perfect for working couples as everything from gyms to markets is just a few minutes away. The building feels secure and is maintained decently. Daily life here has been convenient and surprisingly smooth.
