Rosalia Apartments feels like a decent pick if you want to live in Andheri West with easy access to transport, malls, medical, and other public services; everything is relatively nearby. For someone with a fast-paced city lifestyle, it offers a fair balance that is not ultra-luxury, but still holds good enough amenities and a manageable apartment life. Also, if you measure the price-to-amenity ratio, it seems very reasonable, especially given the location.
