Maintenance Doesn’t Match the Price

For what you pay, the maintenance quality could be much better. I noticed recurring issues like damp patches and poorly kept common areas. which doesn't help at all if you're expecting potential homeowners to visit. The approach road isn’t great and feels neglected, as for the surrounding area, dirt and dust rob its premium feel, especially at night. Over time, these things start to bother you, so it's worth considering.

Well-Planned Flats with an Open Feel!

Viceroy Park impressed me with its flat layouts and overall airflow. The rooms feel open, and the balconies allotted does actually serve the purpose to stand rather than just be an aesthetic add-on. Higher floors get nice views and better breeze, which helps during Mumbai's humid summers. The society feels fairly secure, and the pool, too, looks like a decent bonus. Overall, it’s comfortable for families who want breathing space.
