Very Disappointing Experience Ever Had!

My experience buying a residential apartment from Birla Estates was extremely disappointing. I had been searching for a house for a long time and visited many properties. When my father suggested that I check out Birla Estates, I thought it would finally meet my expectations. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at all. When I met their team and explained my requirements, it felt like they didn’t really understand what I was looking for. The properties they showed me did not match my needs, and the whole process was frustrating. Even after selecting and booking an apartment, the experience only got worse. The apartment itself turned out to be poorly designed and not as spacious or airy as promised. The buying process was stressful, and I faced several issues that made the experience unpleasant. The price also didn’t feel justified for what I received. Overall, I regret choosing Birla Estates, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth home-buying experience.
