I’m sharing my honest review of Bhoomi Elegant in Kandivali after living there for almost six months. The complex is good and offers excellent lifestyle amenities along with spacious homes, which are not easy to find elsewhere. However, I eventually left the place due to the extremely high traffic in the area and heavy smog. I struggled daily while commuting to and from the office—it took more than an hour each way, which became a serious problem for me. As a result, I decided to relocate, and luckily, I made the right decision at the right time. I moved to a nearby area that offers a more peaceful life and significantly less traffic compared to Bhoomi Elegant.

I recently visited Bhoomi Harmoni on my friend’s recommendation to view a resale property. The complex was looking good and strong, so my expectations increased, but when I viewed the property, it was not that good. The apartment was small, and the kitchen was tiny. I didn’t like it, but still I thought of going further due to the property's location. But when I heard the final price and other associated costs, I was shocked and changed my mind because it was over budget. I won’t recommend anyone buying or renting property here, as many other good options are available in the area.

I have been living in the Bhoomi Legend in Kandivali for the past 6 months, and then left the place due to high traffic and water issues. My office moved to Kandivali, so I had to change my location.I moved here thinking it was a good residential property to live in but unfortunately not. The complex is good, and the apartments are also spacious, bright, and airy, but everything feels useless due to the high traffic in the area. It takes more than an hour to reach the office and come back home, which was really annoying. I won’t suggest anyone purchasing or renting property here, especially if you’re a frequent traveller. Also, check the water issue if it is solved, then only make a decision.

The building lacks modern amenities, which will show over time during your stay. Talking to the neighbors kept me informed about the water pressure issues that came up during peak hours. Even the common areas feel dated and need renovation. The parking slots are limited if you own an SUV. Overall, it’s livable, but not future-ready.

I’ve been living in the Bhoomi Legend in Kandivali for more than one year and have never faced any issues. The complex is huge and convenient, offering nice amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, kids’ play area, and an amphitheatre. I really enjoy it as it feels like a life lifesaver in such a hectic lifestyle. The apartments are big and spacious, offering big, bright apartments which are airy too. Not only the complex, but the surroundings are also amazing, offering all the necessary amenities nearby. I highly recommend people purchasing or renting property in the Bhoomi Legend in Kandiwali to live a peaceful life.

I have been living in the Bhoomi Harmony for almost two years and would love to share my living experience with you all. The complex is excellently built with high-quality materials. It offers great lifestyle amenities for the convenience of residents. The apartments are spacious, airy, and bright. I never faced any issue living in society. The management is also easily approachable. Overall, one of the best living spaces in Kurla at a reasonable price. You can consider visiting Bhoomi if seeking a home in Kurla, because not only the complex but the location is also very good, offering easy connectivity throughout the city.

Bhoomi Elegant in Kandivali is one of the premier residential complexes in the area, offering a luxurious lifestyle and high-class security. I recently visited Bhoomi to view a really amazing resale property. The apartments were very spacious, bright, and well-ventilated. I always love living in the bright, airy apartments that are close to nature. Not only I, but my family also loved the apartment and its location, as it offers great connectivity to the major areas of the city and provides all the necessary amenities nearby. I have applied for the loan. Once it gets sanctioned, I will definitely buy it, and I would love to suggest that people purchase or rent apartments in Bhoomi.

Some reviews mention parking is limited, and traffic around the area goes from bad to intolerable. The project itself, being in a developing zone, means some amenities and external infrastructure may take time to catch up, so patience is a must if you have decided to go forward with it.

Rock Enclave surprised me with how peaceful it felt despite being situated in Kandivali. The insides of the flats are well-ventilated and fairly spacious for the area. The already shifted neighbours seem cooperative, further giving it a sense of community. Lifts, maintenance, and basic security arrangements are in place, so it’s comfortable for long-term living.

Bhoomi Sagar Manthan is one of those projects where residents will definitely feel the friendliness of the neighbourhood, with local food spots and a real community feel. It offers 2 and 3 BHK units with efficient layouts, which work well for end-users rather than seasonal investors.

Bhoomi acre phase 2 in thane ghodbunder is over hyped project of bhoomi group. Pricing is high and area very less. Also 2 years maintenance amount paid to him is not transferred to the society. The builder is very arrogant and will not refund your money.

You will lose your hard earned money. Beware of such fraud bulder. He should be blacklisted.

Anyone going for fresh booking and giving token money then please ensure you get a proper receipt and the allotment letter in letter head.

Not a good experience for me as they did not provided any receipt to me for the token amount. Also they just provided the allotment confirmation on a plain paper instead of a letter head. Not upto mark with regards to professionalism.

When I was looking to buy a home, I did a lot of research and visited a lot of residential complexes. But nothing fit my budget or my taste. When I finally came across Bhoomi Juhu, I was sure of it from the first instance. It gave me an amazing home to raise my family and enjoy life to the fullest. It really is one of the best residential projects around here.

Living in Mumbai is really difficult because of the busy infrastructure of the city. I bought a home in Shiv Shakti CHSL in Goregaon because it is at a bearable distance from my office. I own a business, so it helps to have a home so close to work and avoid the traffic. Apart from that, the building itself is great. The infrastructure is welcoming and comfortable and it’s a good life here!

2bhk flat is very spacious. Club House is functional. 900meters from waghbhil naka. I have recommended to friends as well.

Bhoomi Group is one of the best and experienced developer in Mumbai, they delivered many projects in town and suburbs, all project have OC, all projects possession given as committed, construction quality is too good..they have many ongoing projects also on prime location with affordable price.

We are quite impressed with bhoomi group for their structural design of the building .They provide all the basic amenities/facilities needed for the building and must say that their every construction is set in the prime location . The whole staff is very helpful , hard working and cooperative with the clients .

We were quite impressed when we saw the finished building from outside but later when we came to stay here, we realized how many cracks this place has in the walls and about the bad fitting of the pipes.

The carpet area of this place is quite small as compared to other 2 BHK houses and yet they have the audacity to demand the same price as the bigger house. It is not a worth it investment as per me.
