Amenities are limited and feel underwhelming for the price they're labeled at. Parking management could be better; it feels disorganised during the office returns in the evenings. The approach road can get congested, which gets annoying fast; so consider accordingly. The maintenance quality also varies month to month, which means inconsistency is another issue. Overall, it’s okay, but it could be better run by the management.

Comfortable Homes with Decent Planning

I liked the fact that the builders of Bhavya Heights perfectly planned the overall spacing of the flats. Rooms feel proportionate, not cramped. The society atmosphere felt family-oriented and calm. While the natural light was decently spread even on the lower floors. It’s a good fit if you're looking for stability over luxury.
