There’s barely any detailed user feedback available online, which puts me off, and without real experiences, it’s hard to judge construction quality or builder reliability. I also found the brochure-style pitches too generic, almost like the project hasn’t built a strong presence yet, and they just air quote it with hype that doesn't hold any substance. Prices are also on the higher side when taking the lack of reviews into consideration. For me, it felt like buying blind, and that’s a no.

The flashy amenities and location come with a price bump, and you’ll need to be comfortable paying for the ‘premium’. Since it’s a fully featured project, the maintenance and long-term upkeep could also eat into the budget, which may be more than simpler options. If you're not into all the bells and whistles, then you might be overpaying.
