One big cheater these builder are. they are only there to eat customer money once the loan is sanctioned they are least bother of customer. I have booked the flat in 2017 still my flat is not ready.

They are big cheater dont go with this bullshit builder.

Hi everyone, Don't waste your Time & Energy with this stupid Aswani Property, they are cheater & they will promise everything until Loan Processing after that they will Delay & Play with your money & Consturct new Project in some other place will will leads to delay in your Flats constructions, so please go for ready to occupy flats & don't go for Aswani Please it's my request.

Delay in possession

I won't recommend this Aswani Ayesha project in electronic city. I have faced so much problem. Though they might provide the compensation but they never inform in time.

First they told possession is on March 2017 then they told by November 2017 now they told me march 2018.

Don't know how to believe. Totally faded up with the builders.

Please make sure before you go for it.

I have booked a flat in Wing B Block 1 202 in Aswani Aaeesha project. booked on Sep 2013 first week.

and the project was approved by BDA on Nov2013. they gave all the documents for legal verification.

they were giving budget homes and they have 3 different types of homes

1) 535 Sqft - 2BHK(nearly 417 Sqft carpet area)

2)775 Sqft - 2BHK

3) 925 Sqft - 3BHK

I have booked the 2 BHK with 535 sqft. I booked it for Rs.2800. I have paid one lakh as advance etc(will be updated)
