Very Bad Experience with(Asrithas Group) Delay, Poor Quality and Unprofessional Management.
Actually this project started in 2018. I was concluded from all of the projects same thing. because of unprofessional director/owner of the project's decision-making. his lack of experience.
I had a very disappointing experience with Asrithas's projects. JC/ST Project started in 2018 and is still delayed with no proper progress. There is no quality in construction, and its clear that the developer lacks sufficient funds to complete the work on time.
When I visited the site/office and asked about the delay, the staff behaved rudely and showed no responsibility toward customers. The owner/Director avoids meeting buyers and is surrounded by people who stop customers from directly reaching him. I was tried many times to meet owner, not possible, he was avoid to meet customers intentionally.
I also found out that the company has loans and debits from multiple banks, yet the owner seems to be misusing customer funds instead of focusing on project completion. From what Ive learned, the builder has no prior experience in building apartments earlier, they only dealt with open plots, which clearly shows in the lack of professional execution here.
After understanding all these issues firsthand, I cancelled my booking. I strongly advise potential buyers to do thorough research and visit the site personally before investing here.
The main reason I initially connected with Asrithas Group was because of the positive reviews I saw online. However, after spending some time following this project, I realized that many of those reviews appear to be fake, most likely written by the sales team themselves.
I also noticed that the sales managers do not stay for more than 3 to 4 months, and the sales staff keeps changing every few months, which raises serious concerns about the company's management and stability. I won't talk another project ST, it is one of the worst projects, and it is still in the basement.
