Keeping apart all the positives, I did feel let down by some amenities not being fully ready in the beginning. Getting maintenance teams to respond took follow-ups, and traffic around the area can test your patience during peak hours. It’s good if location is your priority, but expect a high amount of back-and-forth before everything works smoothly.

What was impressive to me here was the lively atmosphere and just how naturally bright the common spaces felt. The neighbourhood is super walkable, with markets and eateries literally minutes away. Security and basic facilities are reliable enough for family living, which makes it a solid pick for someone who values location and convenience.
