The area of the house is too small and this was not what we were looking for. This caused us a lot of problems for us.

During the time of possession, they made such unreasonable demands and they forced us to sign those documents by saying that if we did nt agree it would take more time for us to get the house.

It is not the first time that the new buyers who have recently moved in are facing many of the grave issues related to having to see a bad construction quality of the house or even the apartment as a whole. This needs to change for the good.

They promised us that they would give us a lot of amenities and facilities, but they did nothing of that sort and that caused us a lot of issues.

We were not at all amused when they told us to go check their website to see their approvals and licenses, but since they are a renowned builder, we agreed to do so. However, we were very disappointed to see that there were no approvals or licenses on the website.

There is no car parking space here because they did not built the car parking space as per the number of people that live here.

Since the supply has widely overshot the demand, it is expected to see pilling up of inventory to a big extent where the demand does not match the supply of the housing property in the specific area and that has led to wastage of a good amount of resources.

They did not build anything for kids and that is so disappointing because kids need to bond and play.

Cheated more than 1000 buyers. All over the news for cheating thousands of buyers. Rude staff, fake policies, bad intentions, foul play. Deserve to be prisoned for lifetime along with their immediate family who is also involved in corrupt practices of the owner. people should steer clear from these goons.

To whomsoever it may concern.
This is  to bring to your kind notice that I Abhinav Anand from Mohali had booked a flat in the name of my wife in your so called upcoming projects in sector 127 Mohali named Ansal Cozy floor.
The booking amount for this flat was given by me in July 2010 and I was in constant touch with your staff to know the date of launch for the project.
I had a word with Manjari sudan yesterday dated 2nd November 2011 and after 1 and a half years she tells me that the plan for the project has been demolished and that I will be getting my money back within a month.
Please note that I will be taking action against your company as this calls for a case of loss of opportunity as I was to get a home from you by the end of 2013 as promised by your company and now I am homeless again.
I was under the impression that I already have a home so I never thought of looking for any other opportunity to buy a home in the last one and a half years.
You as a brand are losing your market doing all this and I know this has nothing to do with me, but I will definitely fight for the loss that I have sustained due to your company.
The prices of property at that point in time were of what I could afford at that time but now since you have duped me I am in no position to buy another flat as the prices have risen like anything.
Had I invested in some other property or some other brand even I would also have had a flat with a good value today. I have already consulted my lawyer and I will be filing a case against you in the EOW that is the economic offence wing and I will not leave a single internet page where I won't write the review for your company. Please do check mouthshut.com and facebook for my comments and reviews.
I also have a friend who is in media and does content writing for HT . I have asked him to write a nice article on your company and get it published on how your company is duping people of their dreams. The article will be out soon. I will not leave any stone upturned to make sure that you suffer the way your clients have suffered and will make sure that I gather people who are Ansal clients and will make it a mission to make sure that each and every client of yours whom you have duped files a case against your company.

I worked in this sucked up company

Everyone check out the attrition rate of this company and You will be Totally shocked to know that on an average a person worked 3 months in this company. So do not ever think of going near the gates of this place. Agreed that construction and especially housing industry is a sucked up place, But this company is the mother of wholly crap. So youngsters and freshers and especially NICMAR guys just avoid this

They talk big, bad leaderships at all level. No ethics, contractors payed very late. The seniors are fraud and cannot be trusted. Company has got lot of hype...but use your mind.  It is a typical proprietary run company with lot of sugar coated stuff...But actually it is a cow dung type company. Big talk, inside Shallow

I worked only for 2 months and wasted my time. By the way they were giving Free Lunch...So if you have tiffin problem, then only join for few months

i hope my review helps few people whose time is precious and who value career progression.
