Ankush Develoopers and Builders, Mumbai

As we decided to renovate our society so we had given this contract to Ankush Developers. This builder is very popular and the contract cost which he takes is too high. Also the way he implemented the project was not good and the builder don't listen what we say. He had given an estimation of four years to complete the work and now it is seven year pass but still the work haven't been completed. The main problem with this builder is that he takes many contracts and so the workers available with him are very less. Also one will feel ignored everytime. The builder don't visit the site regularly. The workers don't come on holidays. We had complained for this to the builder but he scolded us and told that the contract can be cancelled and the money won't be refunded back. We can't do anything now. I suggest not to give any contract to this builder as you will be disappointed with it at the end.
