Of course, not everything was perfect in my experience. At times, water pressure fluctuated on higher floors, and elevator waits during office rush hours got frustrating. I also hoped for more developed landscaping instead of the sparse setup at handover. These aren't deal-breakers, per se, but might be worth noting if you're expecting polished delivery from day one.

I came in with high hopes, but I did face a few issues post-handover. Some finishing flaws needed fixing, and amenity access felt more limited than what I expected. Even the paperwork with the association took longer than necessary. It’s not a bad project, but I’d say buyers should be prepared for a small snag list before everything settles.
