Andheri East, while convenient, is busy and always buzzing with expected traffic, noise, and congestion during on and off-peak hours. Some reviews also mention that parking and security could be tighter, since the crowd around is too casual. The pricing is also stepping up because the location is slowly turning into a premium one. Before moving in, my preference would be to check whether the unit size, finish, and true liveability justify it for me or not.

From what I gathered, this project offers 2/3 BHK options in a well-connected Andheri area near schools, hospitals, and workplaces. So, access to major roads and metro/rail is strong, and for an urban homeowner moving in from another state, this is a big plus. The amenities (kids’ play, gym, etc) seem functional rather than flashy. For someone working in Mumbai’s hubs, Amey seems like a pragmatic pick.
