Very poor quality work in Morden construction time, it's a 22 floor constructed bldg and all 22 floors every house has a leakage problem, every place from kitchen to bathroom to hall, almost every house paint is falling.

And don't be shocked that few week's backcar fell down from 4th floor in car lift parking, it's very cheap materials and low class construction in Morden time. You will be sorry and weast your money for buying property in any alamdar construction. Because there way of doing work is same like in what they have done in RAJ HEIGHTS IN SION EAST OR SION KOLIWADA.
