Too Far from the City Core

The commute to South or Central Mumbai from here is honestly exhausting. Even basic errands take longer here than I anticipated. The amenities, while okay, don’t justify the travel distance for some buyers, like me, which is why property appreciation might take time in this location. It’s better suited for people already working or rooted in the suburbs, but not beyond that.
