Worst Builder & even worst the Defect liability service after flat hand over. Building got handed over in 2023 since last 2 years, there are leakage at 3 places in my flat, major leakage in center of hall. Imagine water drops constantly falling since last 4 months in center of your hall. The management is not even concerned of picking call or even addressing the leakage, they just give all fall commitment & when the commited date is near they stop picking calls. It's like a mental harrasment. The flat was on rent, the tenant left because of this issue, since last 4 months the flat is vacant, nearly loss is around 2 lakh rupees & counting.

Worst quality of work, worst after handover experience I would urge other society not to give any work to this builder.

The biggest downside of this project is the uncertainty of possession timelines. The area around still has heavy construction activity and dust, which means discomfort comes tagging along if you decide to move in. The unit sizes are compact, so storage could be a daily struggle. The project also lacks the greenery you’d hope for in Mumbai’s climate. I’d call it a short-term stay choice rather than a forever home.

This project comes across like it's built for people who're just starting out, with factors like small, affordable, and well-located being its core selling criteria. Kurla East is improving in terms of access and infrastructure, and the builder’s focus on practical amenities rather than luxury showiness is reflected in the refreshing way they are aligning themselves with the transformative change. I even found the interiors clean and efficient in design. For a working professional, it’s a smart investment with manageable EMI.
