I’m writing my genuine review of Aurigae Residency after living here for almost one year. The complex is good and offers great lifestyle amenities such as a gym, a kids’ play area, a swimming pool, and top-notch security features that are not easy to find elsewhere. The apartments are well-ventilated and nicely designed. However, everything feels somewhat useless due to heavy traffic and occasional waterlogging during the monsoon season. The traffic in the area is highly congested, especially during peak hours, which also leads to increased pollution. I would not recommend this place, especially for families with small children or elderly people. Still, if you’re considering moving here, make sure to check all these aspects carefully before making a decision.

Aurigae Residency is one of the great residential complexes in Kandiwali that is built to excel in providing extremely convenient living to the highest standards which anyone wishes for. I recently visited it to view a resale property, which was truly remarkable. The amenities were praiseworthy, and the apartments were spacious, ventilated, and well designed. I was really impressed and very excited to move here. Finally, I’m living here happily and would like to recommend those seeking convenient yet affordable living in Kandiwali. But I would suggest checking the availability and other associated costs properly.
