This project seriously feels like a mismatch between price and product. The amenities are bare-minimum, nowhere close to the “premium” pitch they push. Along with me, a lot of other people also have issues with the sales team; overly aggressive, hiding flaws, and overselling things that just don’t exist are a few of the prominent problems each faced. The surroundings feel dull, and the overall vibe just doesn’t justify the cost. For the same range, you can easily find better, and more transparent options.

The biggest downside of this project is that it's still under construction, with possession expected in 2028 (as of now). Also, some early reviews have come up flagging high pricing for the carpet area and a limited parking space. So, if you’re ok taking a wait cost risk, then by all means, go ahead.

Adani Linkbay in Andheri West offers a stylish apartment option in one of the most vibrant Western suburbs. The planning looks solid in 2/3/4 BHK formats, plus adding a strong connectivity with a good developer backing(Adani Realty), and that's it, that's all the reassurance I want. If you want a blend of lifestyle+ access in a prime zone like Andheri and that too west, then this is "The contender."

The wait time for possession is the main downside for Codename Westbay. It’s already tough to visualize what you’re paying for it right now due to the area around being messy by the spread and the never-ending BMC's ongoing work. Expected timelines keep shifting slightly. I’d hold off if I needed immediate occupancy. So, choose accordingly.

Location-wise, The Views does deliver with a strong connectivity from Ghatkopar East, and the layout inside the towers is pretty functional, too. I liked the way the units welcome natural light, and the internal space division is practical for compact Mumbai living. The surrounding neighbourhood has everything from malls, hospitals, gyms, and schools that are within minutes' reach. If someone wants a branded developer tag with a solid area advantage, then this offering makes sense.

The Adani Realty controversies made us skeptical about their projects, and our reservations came true. The apartments lacked usable floor space. The amenities were scarce and there was nothing of luxury standards.

When we entered the township to enquire about the project, there wasn’t any enthusiasm. They portray their township as a luxury project but there is nothing unique. The buildings lack any character, the amenities are basic, and the overall environment feels dull. Not good for families and kids. Also, as a lot of apartments are empty, you feel alone.

Don’t trust the sales team of Adani Realty. All they care about is finalizing the sales. Their motive is to hide all the shortcomings of the projects and glorify basic amenities. You will feel scammed as soon as you enter the township. The quality of the buildings is very scary.

The layout of the society is poorly designed and feels like you will get lost inside. There wasn’t any cleanliness and the amenities were not well attended. The security of the township did not feel convincing. If I were to live with my family, I would not live here.

They will not leave a single opportunity to extract money illegally out of you while compromising on the very quality of the product they offer even if it saves them few bucks. They have not passed benefit of input tax credit to buyers, given delayed possession and ripped them of their hard earned money in ways more than one. Do not recommend to trust them! Stay away from Adani realty

We do not have proper car parking! We have to park ur cars outside! The inavailabilty of other facilities also leads to a lot of irritation to the buyers!

Certain amount of down payment is made mandatory for all the buyers and from among the buyers, it is the bachelors that cannot move forward with the buying options. This needs to improve so that many of the projects can be shifted to buying options.

There are many developers who have started to create a fake sense of missing out on the under developed construction opportunities as a way to lure the buyers and also ask them to carry a cheque so as to safeguard themselves from missing out on the flats.

This has been a graving problem since a long time now that the investors who had purchased good amount of property at lower rates are unable to search for buyers who can now buy their properties after reducing the price lower than the purchase value.

General local connectivity issues are not catereed to. These involve local transport, basic entertainment services and that adds up to extra time taken to commute to far off distances. This problem needs to be taken care of such that the time is saved and buyers see a potential return in their investment in these properties.

This is a high rise building and their fire fighting systems do not work. Having a safe building is so important, yet this building is not safe and this is a huge problem.

We did not get the document which states that the land on which the building is constructed in non-agricultural, which is why I decided not to invest in this project! Ask them for the document! If they are able to show it to you only then go forward!
