Hi! I am Ram Kishore. I recently had the opportunity to visit Aaditri Developers Pvt. Ltd., a real estate firm in Hyderabad. I contacted Rahul, who is their team member, and found him professional and friendly. He took me on a tour of their open plots at Shadnagar, explained all the amenities, advantages, and current discounts. I decided to buy one cent of open land, and Rahul did all the paper work. A couple of minor hiccups were there, but nothing big; all the necessary approvals were obtained, and everything was so transparent. In simple words, my experience was good, and I really appreciate their support and professionalism from beginning to end.

I bought flat in Ameenpur Everest which had the very good design. I mays 50% payment in 2022 and remaining 50% in 2023. with a handover agreement within 4 years. Now its 2025 no base foundation started to my H block, just one more year left I am sure they can't complete in the next one year. The sales girl just responds with guaranteed words. I am doubt how much they will help to compensate the loss we get due to delay even they handover later. Now the design changed, top roof connector across the blocks was its unique feature. Now that connectors taken out and the cost not reduced. I am in worry as I paid 100% with a loss of 20 Lakh for every one year delay. Suggest not to trust blindly like me to their words.

The Aaditri Group is a group of fraudulent individuals. From the Managing Directors Ramakrisha and Chandramouli to Yogeswhar Reddy, Shankar Rao, Jagdish, Raghunandan, and Swaroop, deceit and dishonesty seem to be deeply ingrained. Truthfulness appears to be absent in their communication, as they freely utter anything but the truth. Shockingly, none of their projects in Hyderabad have reached completion; instead, they linger indefinitely in various stages of progress, regardless of their purported start dates.

Upon making a booking and initiating the initial 20% payment, I encountered deceitful tactics. The floor plan was arbitrarily altered, compelling me to switch to a different flat at an added expense. When I objected, I was coerced into canceling the booking from my end, and they withheld 10% of the amount. Furthermore, despite numerous follow-ups, the remaining balance still needs to be settled even after 6 months of cancellation. They modify their policies to suit their convenience.

The company never provides transparency regarding its sales personnel and channel partners. They manipulate designations as needed and engage in indirect marketing exclusively, ensuring that their false promises remain concealed from public knowledge and can easily blame the channel partner for false promises.

I did a mistake. I bought a flat in Empire Aditri. I'm now suffering. There is no development. I'm looking for people like me who bought flat in Aaditri Velimela Hyderabad

I booked flat in L tower, for months, they said they will get permission and asked for extensions, now they are saying the permission will take time and they cannot give any timeline. now they told me that they will give a flat between e to k block. They told me that they will share the vacant list by jul 15. Now they have stopped responding to ping/calls . All their executive numbers are coming off. Not sure where it is going.

I am not sure if they acquire land or not, they keep postponing for every time.

it looks like this is not going to happen and they are not going to construct the villa, they think that after some time people withdraw

It's been more than 22 months that we have made the payment for a villa in Aaditri. They have postponed almost 10 times asking for an extension for every 2 months. We have no update yet and we have recently heard that they are planning to increase the price of the villa.

I am contacting them very often and there is no one to even respond. It is still not clear on where the villas are going to come up and what is the layout plan.

The worst part is that they are not timely returning the amount as well. It is taking few guys get their amount after 6 months. This is a the worst experience with these guys

Aaditri group, Aaditri housing are big frauds. They cheat customers with false promises. We bought a flat from them 2 years ago and so far no progress made. Upon asking, they forced us to go for cancellation and not returning our money back. Very big cheaters. Their MD Ramakrishna, Bhanumathi, Srikrishna everybody threatens customers. We were cheated by Aaditri. Be careful. I hope nobody falls in their trap.

Beware buyers. No transparency. Lot of insider trading. Prime Flats are blocked by internal employees and sold for extra commission. At the time of booking they are mentioning one type of flat in the sale agreement. But at the time of sale deed another type of flat is mentioned. No information is passed for common customers. Beware of all these fraudulent and unethical practices.

We have booked a 3 HK flat 9 months before .Aaditri management is giving down graded flats .when we are asking of our choice they are saying its sold out.they have given 2 flats choice those are not good as per vastu and numerology.out of 17 floors and 5 blocks they said only 2 flats left.Now 5hey increased a price to 1000 more, hence saying old customers to leave themselves as they could sell flat at current price.Very disloyal, cheaters and never care for any customer satisfaction
