A and O Realty, Mumbai

I recently went to view the resale property in A and O Realty Eminente in Dahisar with huge expectations, but unfortunately, I was shocked while visiting it. The complex was huge, offering nice lifestyle amenities. But the apartments were too tiny for the price, which I never expected. I was not getting how I would shift all my belongings to this house, and due to that, I left it. But if you can live in a small house, you must visit, but I would suggest checking the carpet area and price first before viewing the property. It was a shockingly small apartment, something I had never considered.

I recently went to view a resale property in F Residents in Malad. The complex was excellent, and the apartments were spacious, but still, I couldn’t buy property there due to poor traffic conditions in the area. It took more than one hour to reach the place, and I found the air quality was extremely poor there due to pollution. Although the property is good, I don’t recommend this place to anyone, especially people with small kids and the elderly. It is very injurious to their health. Also, if normal working people also stay and spend hours daily in traffic to reach the office and come back home, what is the point of living in such an area?

I have been living in the F Residence in Malad for more than one year and love to share my living experience with those planning to move temporarily or permanently there. The society is a perfect blend of luxury and convenience at an affordable price. The place offers the best connectivity, all the necessary amenities nearby, and spacious apartments, which are very rare to find in Mumbai. I left the place due to a job change; otherwise, it was fun living there. People were friendly, and management was easily approachable. Overall, it provides everything that a modern living room actually wants. If you’re planning to move to Malad, you must consider visiting F residence.

I’m writing to share my honest review of A and O Realty Eminente in Dahisar after living there for almost one year. The complex is great, offering a range of amenities including a gym, CCTV, elevator, and more, with well-ventilated, spacious houses that offer nice views, great design, and nice flooring. Not only the complex but also the surroundings are great, offering all the necessary amenities such as schools, hospitals, and a market, which makes life easy and convenient. I highly recommend that people purchase or rent an apartment at an affordable price, especially if you have kids and elderly people.
