From what I’ve seen, buyer satisfaction here is shaky. Complaints about delays and lack of transparency has pop up more than often on multiple websites. Also, the builder's communication seems weak once payments are made. You'll realise the surrounding area doesn’t feel very lively or secure when taking a walk late at night. Connectivity isn’t the smoothest either, especially when an everyday commute is in your routine. Overall, it feels like a project that underdelivers on confidence.

Buyers who just want a roof over their head in Goregaon without chasing the luxury branding are the groups that'll be attracted the most by it. The project is relatively low-key, which some people might actually prefer. If pricing is right, it can work as a basic end-use home, because not every buyer is looking for flashy amenities.
