I was living in the Sethia Graneur, but left it due to high maintenance costs and limited parking. I’m a businessman, and my clients come to meet me frequently, but they always face issues parking their vehicles due to limited visitor parking. It was affecting my business as they were avoiding coming to meet me. Additionally, the maintenance cost was high, which was not appropriate. I complained about this many times, but nothing happened. So, I got frustrated and moved to a different society with a good parking facility and low maintenance costs. Really Happy after leaving this worst complex.

My experience at Sethia Link View wasn’t that great. The flat looked fine at first, but the building upkeep felt inconsistent due to the lifts and common areas that more often than needed extra attention and repair work. Another list of amenities also felt half-hearted, like they weren’t maintained regularly. The society committee communication wasn’t the most helpful either. I expected more for the price point I'm paying for.

I am writing a review about Sethia Grandeur in Bandra after living there for a few months. The complex is huge, offering great lifestyle amenities such as an advanced gym, swimming pool, indoor games, library, clubhouse, jogging track, playground, power up, and more. Additionally, the apartment was very spacious. I had arranged things and decorated it nicely the way I wanted. Everything was good there, including the very cooperative residents. Due to a remote job, I have lived in many cities, but never lived in such a great society. Truly wonderful experience, worth living!

I moved into Sethia Link View last year, and it’s been a smooth ride so far. The flat gets great sunlight, and ventilation is honestly one of my favourite parts of living here. While daily needs are sorted because everything is close by. The connectivity for transit is also solid through the metro, and stations that make life easier. Overall, it’s been a comfortable home for my small family and me.

The high charges of maintenance fees here really makes me angry every month, especially because they hardly take care of the amenities and facilities that are available here.

Nothing has been made as per the original plan! The implementation is totally different! We paid money for what we were promised like green spaces and amenities and facilities but we did not get anything of that sort!

We were not at all amused when they told us to go check their website to see their approvals and licenses, but since they are a renowned builder, we agreed to do so. However, we were very disappointed to see that there were no approvals or licenses on the website.

The land prices in the area have enormously increased to the level of not been able to cater to price range of basic needs that arise from people. Such land rates are not feasible. Many of the Properties are in high demand from NRI investors and as a result most of the inventory gets sold to such NRI investors.

They will treat you like a god until the time to take possession comes near! Some new restrictions and demands magically come in the agreement and they say that they had discussed it before! This is just not done.

I am not happy with the way they built the proeprty at all. There are no amenities and facilities and they have not paid attention to detail, which is a huge problem here.
