Your representative had called me after I posted this on mouthshut. I told him everything. It is also mentioned on mouthshut. He said he'll revert in 3 days. He has not got back to me yet. Club mahindra is just making a show of being concerned. There is no action. Whatever I have mentioned here, Is ...exactly what I have written to you since last 6 months. These things cannot happen without the blessings of the club........this is a ploy to dupe people and then wash their hands off..........

After a few days I again inquired on the status of my money…………He said only one person has become a member…the other two have cancelled the membership……….He said he would pay back my money from his salary. On 15th Oct he was going to give me a check dated Nov 10………gave excuse of sisters engagement e...tc…….On 16 Oct, he said he has forgot to get his cheque book………I told him……..I am tired of calling you again and again……….if you return my money today well and good ………otherwise I will lodge a complaint…he said don’t do that..pls wait for some more time…this will spoil my name...I’ll return your money through few more referrals…….I have waited for so many days now…….I haven’t got back my money. Kunal -09923230006 -Rocky's manager -Apologised for the false commitment given and told me that Rocky will refund money from his pocket...will have to wait for his salary to be credited.....he'll give some amount via post dated cheques etc.........But I haven’t got my money yet…. These people have cheated me as Representatives of Club Mahindra.....and not as individuals whom I know........Club Mahindra should refund my money & internally deal with these folks......But Club Mahindra is not doing anything to resolve the same. In fact they are using this as yet another opportunity to make money. Kunal told me that every month Rs 3500 is deducted from Rocky’s salary as penalty for false commitments. Company is earning this extra money and also holding back Rs 25426 paid by me. They are treating this as a matter that Rocky should resolve directly with me. They are not taking any responsibility that as their representative he has cheated me. Read More
