I had gone to Ladakh for 3 weeks. Driving expedition. I took the phone with me as it stores my telephone numbers. So to use it as a phone book. It was working fine. Then somewhere on th trip the batteries ran out. I did not charge it as we were in places with no electricity. Any wa...ys, when we returned to Delhi on the 16th August Itried to switch it on. It dint switch on. I thought that the battery must be deep discharged. SO I left the phone to charge for over 20 hours. Again no luck. So on the 18th I gave it to the customer care.
The phone is good. Its small, has good features. My priorities in a CDMA are small size and bluetooth internet.
I would not recommend that you buy this phone.....simply because of the after sale service and the attitude of the compnay employees. Trust me no one in the company ever called me back.
We had a bad experience 5 years ago when I bought a gift of washing Machine for my mother. I bought a fully automatic 5.5Kg front loading for my mother. Some times later the machine started to give out foam from the front door. My mom complained and kept complaining. In 8 months of complaining three engineers came and saw it and said that the door hinge is defective. Needs replacement. But no One came. While i was visiting my parents I came to know of this 8 month ordeal, I had to finally go to the service centre, abuse very bad all the persons, threaten them, and emailed a lots of people about this and did every thing I could to make a dent on the dealership contract of the service centre.
So after a few days they came with the part and changed it. It was a pain.
So NO SAMSUNG PLEASE !!!!! Buy a Chinese Phone that has no gurantee. Its far better than this BRANDRead More
