The customer care cannot do much. They promised me 80kbps d/l speed on a 128kbps line and what i get is less than 5 and if im lucky, at the most 10. I dont think i can ever be a happy user of this ISP. Previous where I used to live, I used to get download speeds of 400kbps at just $60 a month. Can't... expect the same price but its absurd to put a limit to traffic.. i am a 24/7 home user.. my PC is on 24 hours a day 7 days a week downloading music.Read More
