@alok.koomar before answering any of the questions I would like to tell you that amazon has accepted that the fault was from their side. I have the mail and received a refund too. The culprit was the ATS - (the courier department I guess). Coming to the points :- 1. I received the package myself.... I paid using my card. I have clearly mentioned this above and in the screenshots also it is clearly mentioned that I received the package. but after receiving the package I immediately left for work and came back late night. 2. I would like to tell you that I'm in no way A PROFESSIONAL. I capture these videos just for precaution. I don't capture these to show it some one else. So capturing it like other Professionals is simply not my job. 3. Sure I'm willing to send you the other videos too. Will upload it on the same youtube channel. :D 4. Please don't judge my reaction just by watching a video. You You have no idea how I difficult it was to live with a thought that 'I wont get my money back'. Like most of the people,18000 INR is not a small amount for me too. 5. This is the first time I have ever faced an issue like this. @sunithatela20 @jatin2goyal @nikhil0804 I am a regular online shopper and shopping online since 2009! and whenever I buy anything online and receive it I capture an unpacking video. There is nothing wrong in recording these kind of videos. I have paid them and want to ne on a safer side. Even I have... not faced this kind of issue before. I bought the laptop from snapdeal, I have the unboxing video, I bought various mobile phones- I hae the videos of their inboxing also. Its a good practice to capture a video before opening the package. I know this is rare, but it happended and amazon is not doing anything. If amazon is so transparent then why it is not showing any evidence? why my return window was closed down on 5th November when I got the delivery of the package on 6th November? Why I'm not getting the benefit of 15 days refund?? Why was my package missed the delivery deadline? Where was it? Why they are not giving me the number of their courier guys? Making these kind of videos is good. Atleast I have the evidence. What evidence they have? Why they accepted the fact that they sent me a wrong email in one of their email?
