I received a package without the phone and amazon is doing nothing regarding this. Instead they are saying they will block my account. This is the full unpacking video. Plus, I got the package on 6th November 2015 and they closed my return window on 5th of November. This is how they make money.  They have declined my refund request too!

On 15th of October, during the diwali/ dushehra sale I placed an order for the OnePlus one mobile phone which got delivered on 6th November and paid using my debit card and when I opened the box the same night there was no mobile phone in it. The box has the usb cable and other stuff but there is no mobile phone in it. I have the full unpacking video.

The promised delivery date was 26th October but amazon people failed to deliver the package so after waiting for so long I requested them to reschedule the delivery and deliver the package after 6th of November. On 6th November the package got delivered to me and now when I opened it, there is no phone inside the package. This is ridiculous.

First, they were not able to deliver the product on time. Second- When they delivered the package after almost 20 days, sent it without the phone.

Also, when I checked amazon.in website then it is clearly mentioned on their website that "

This item is no longer eligible for return.

The return window closed on Nov 5, 2015. "

Now, if I got the delivery on 6th of November then how can they close the return window on 5th November? I’m sure they did it intentionally. They advertise everywhere that they have a hassle free policy and will provide easy returns/ replacements or solution for the complaints/issues raised within 10-15 days after delivery. This is ridiculous.

On 6th of November I called up their customer care and raised the complaint. I also mailed them the same on Sat, Nov 7, 2015 at 1:07 AM and after that their employees use to give me false deadlines. I have all the transcript with me.

Plus today at around 2:00am I received a mail from amazon informing me that my request has been declined by the investigation team of amazon. Then later I contacted them using the chat option given on their website and their executive said “the mail was sent to you incorrectly by mistake”(link given at the top) I dont know what’s going on…:(

This is not fair, this is fraud. I have the full unpacking video and photographs.
