This is 100 % correct, I have also faced a similar problem, When we claim, they simply reject saying it is a pre-existing disease. I too take the policy via policy bazar, no helping hand from their end. Moreover, the are third part claim settlements, which is again a big headache.

Whether it is one year or 4 years, they will not sanction your claim.
They will reject your claim as mentioning it is pre-existing diseases.

This comment is 100 percent true, this is a cheating company. They even not pay single rupee as a claim, a Better choice some other company. I also faced the same issue with them. Whenever you claim they spot some medical term and say it is pre-existing diseases, and reject the claim (non disclosure... of pre existing diseases ) that too while discharge from hospital upto that time they will open the mouth regarding claim settlement.
Totally fraud, totally agrees with the above comment. Dear brother and sisters do not trust this people for insurance, if you argue they will threaten like they will cancel the policy .
No refund also possible for premium paid . Please do not fall in the trap, this is worst company cheating company,
no mail nothing response from customer support, they are very rude when you ask for claim.
I admitted in cashless, hospital charged me 2 lak for 12 dayse, every two day asked the insurance people in the hospital about the claim, they told nothing prolbem, at the end of the day , they refuse to pay the claim. Hospital also overcharged for the and atleast i take loan and paid the amt 2 lak, then what is the meaning of cashless hospitalization.
Think 100 time before go with this company.

This is totally waste Bus tour service. If you want to take life risk travel in the bus, They go like buffalo and quality of bus is scrap with 4 tyre, they give training to the new drivers with you .
