1.They do not have proper nest platform for their trading, many times it will work, we struck with our order. Talking about the Chennai branch.
- If you need any clarification, their customer execute not having enough knowledge about their product itself, just simply transferring call to another execute, we have tell the problem nearly 4 to 5 time to each executive.
3.They will charge Rs 100 for alert message for every trading monthly this make it compulsary
5.They will not provide proper amt detection notes in the contract notes .
I overall my experience in NIL performance with the Chennai branch and their trading platform.
In the mobile APP they have an Alert, no executive know about this, they are telling this is simple a GUI without the functionality, they are wasting the time of User,
Better do not open an account with them
