Don't proceed at all!!! Its a fraud. You will loose money. All good google or muthshut reviews are fake. They have even propagated false news about seed funding for the start up like N-Ventures in the reputed news papers

To buy which model?Nano CX or LX model.

CX would be better choice and real value for money. LX has body color bumpers. In indian city traffic you will be always hit by someone on the bumpers. That would give scratches on it. Repainting would cost lots of money. CX has better , durable, maintenable seats. You won't need seat covers. CX doe...s not have power windows. This is OK. CX does not have metallic color. countme91- I think you should get your car checked if its giving 10-11 km. Only thing could be some leak somewhere. My Nano gives at least 23 km/l with intermittent AC in Pune traffic
