Frustrating after sales service for IFB Neptune Choosing a Dishwasher
It is a wonder how this company is able to sell its products with such a pathetic after-sales service. My dishwasher is out of order for the past 5 weeks (IFB says a spare part has to come from Germany!) Please do not buy any IFB products as the service backup for all products is equally bad.
