I support pallavis comment its true. If you apply for PF transfer it takes more than two years to get it transfrd. Finance deparment @ ness is more worst then any governamnet organization. HRs - never solve the issues of employees but always try to save their ass. I think HRs are not req...uired for any organization like ness. If you give extra half an hour to exployees they can only complete the jobs of HRs. Manager - Know the managers native place before you attend any manager round. If you dont know to say yes boss always then u r insecure @ Ness. Policies are there just for showcasing but nowhere its useful for any employee. Ness gave Jackets to all employees in 2009. 2008 year appraisal was done at 2009 dec. they did this just because to retain employees. since industry is coming up and lot of employees are leaving ness just before two months of appraisal (2010 March appraisal). This informs that employees really dont believe in the appraisal given by ness. HRs will get all facility (mobile, laptop internet etc............hike ) for making a appraisal plan which really dont give any appraisal for employees (other than HRs) Only two catogory of employees get benefited from ness - one is manager and other is HRs. Mr KK. good alert for Ness like companies. I think HRs should shut their mouth. HRs should read the comment to improve themselves. Lokajits comments looks little funny. i felt whether he is a HR @ Ness !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hha hha hhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa :) Because when you undergo c...ritical situations without doing any mistake, then u will come to know how that feels and what image u will get about a company. I wonder if a company cant solve a issue like harrasing girls then what else else they can solve. Some issues are minor but when its viewed from the organization level its a plague.
