Hello Friend Always keep in mind the bigger the bank or any organisation the lesser the customer care.I have got credit card of both the banks. Initially I had been told that no annual fee or any other charges except bill amount will be charged on this card but when I got the statement of SBI it has... been debited by Rs. 872/- as annual fee and other charges. In other case Citi bank who never sleeps says that they give Suraksha Mediclaim to the insurer in case of death or pemanent disabilty.Now you can very well understand how they clear their mediclaims.One old man has very well said that Bank ek aisa chhata hai jo waqt par kamm nahi aata hai.If want to avail a loan from a bank you should be financially sound and should have the capicity to prove that you don'nt reqire any financial help from the bank.Read More
